New Colors is a learning and social support center for underprivileged children living in and around Edayanchavdy Village, Auroville, in South India.

New Colors was founded in 2002 with the aim of providing after-school support to students of all ages. With time, it soon evolved into a center that offers children an opportunity to collaborate, interact, and learn from each other.

Conveniently located in the midst of the village, the center is also frequented by adults in the village interested in learning Basic English, Math, and Tamil. The center also doubles as a community shelter for women and workers of Auroville.

Changing, adapting, and evolving to meet the needs of the village community, New Colors is a different color every day.
